Our service helps freelancers land more Upwork jobs by providing AI-crafted proposals, real-time job alerts, smart filters, ready templates, and deep analytics. We enable freelancers to save time and money while increasing their success rate on the Upwork platform.

By accessing or using Winfast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access Winfast, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify Winfast immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Winfast will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

3. Subscription and Billing

Winfast offers a 14-day free trial period allowing you to evaluate our platform without requiring a credit card. Following the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. All subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

By subscribing to Winfast, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees. All payments are non-refundable except where prohibited by applicable law.

4. Service Features and Data Processing

Winfast provides job feed management, real-time notifications via Telegram, AI-powered proposal generation, and analytics services. We collect and process job preferences, notification settings, and usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to deliver personalized job matching and alerts.

You retain all rights to your data. By using Winfast, you grant us a limited license to collect, process, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing job matching services, sending notifications, and improving our platform.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Winfast integrates with third-party services including Telegram for notifications, Stripe for payment processing, and Upwork's public job data. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of these third-party providers.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Winfast only for legitimate freelancing purposes on Upwork. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our notifications and tools complies with all relevant platform policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this acceptable use policy or engage in activities that could harm our service or other users.

All content, features, and functionality of Winfast, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Winfast and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, though some provisions of these terms will survive termination.
